Hi Friends. I’m back!! Sorry for the serious MIA-ness. Life got crazy busy and woefully my food blogging by night got the ax. You know how you’re only suppose to take on one major life change a year?! I never seem able to follow that rule of thumb. 2013 became the year to just get it down all at once!
Here’s how it unfolded.
I left the corporate world (bye bye Nike & EA Sports).
I moved back to USA from Switzerland.
I decided to take 6 months off of working and went to culinary school in NYC!!
I moved back to Portland.
I reverted 10 years and became an intern again (in a kitchen!!).
I started my own digital and social media consulting biz.
My husband, Andy, convinced me we should get a puppy.
The craziest, most fun-loving puppy, Huck, aka Huckster, Huckaboo, Huckleberry entered our world.
My work took-off with super awesome clients.
We bought a house
We moved to the East side.
Oh and last, but not least, I got knocked up! Yeppers. I’m preggers. Andy and I are so looking forward to baby “June Bug’s” arrival somewhere in the vicinity of 6.4.14.
While I wasn’t blogging here at Freshabits, at least I didn’t leave you completely hanging! Hopefully some of you have been enjoying my regular recipe contributions featured every other Wednesday on summertomato.com.
